Darilynn Cardona-Beiler is a Senior Director of Systems Integration and Policy Implementation at Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute. With over 25 years of experience in health care, social services, and community mental health, she has served in various leadership capacities throughout her career. Her service has centered on health integration, the indigent, persons experiencing homelessness, and underserved populations. Darilynn has applied her focus to individuals living with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, and chronic medical conditions through evidence-based and innovative care. She has developed and implemented many homeless service programs and housing developments including Terrace at Oak Springs, the first single site Housing First apartment community in Central Texas serving individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. She is currently working to expand integrated systems of care, end homelessness, and to increase access to mental health care.
