Front Steps employs over 85 individuals working at the downtown shelter at 7th and Neches and at program offices around the city. We are frequently adding new faces to our staff—and every new hire brings their own skills and strengths to our workforce.

Position title: Keep Austin Housed AmeriCorps Case Management Aide

Keep Austin Housed is a direct service program in which members increase the capacity of social services agencies to provide case management services. For $16,000 yearly income and a $6,000 education award at completion of the program, members take on an entry level case management position with one of our partner agencies to address barriers to housing and employment and empower clients to make significant, lasting changes.
