Housing Placement Program Application

The Housing Placement Program is a program designed to help people who are already unhoused and in need of short-term housing. The program provides a one-time housing and financial assistance voucher for those who qualify.

The application process for The Housing Placement Program is relatively straightforward. All you need to do is fill out the online application form, provide your contact information, and answer a few questions about your current situation and housing history. Once you submit the form, a case manager will reach out to you directly to discuss your needs and the program’s requirements. The case manager will also provide you with a list of possible housing solutions and can help you with the application process. Depending on the urgency of your situation and availability of housing, you should receive an answer within 3-7 business days after you have submitted your application.

Please note that The Housing Placement Program is not a shelter and you will need to find a place to stay until you have been approved for the program. The program is designed to provide short-term housing assistance only and is not meant to be a long-term solution. If you are in need of immediate housing assistance, please contact your local community services office or homeless shelter to find out more about the availability of housing in your area.
