Supportive Services for Veterans Application

The SSVF program offers short-term, rapid rehousing assistance with intensive case management and temporary financial support to very low-income veteran families, helping them achieve stable, permanent housing.

To apply for the program, applicants must first complete an application form. This form can be found below. The program usually has a turnaround time of 5-7 business days, so it is important to plan ahead and submit your application early.

The program can provide financial assistance with moving costs such as security deposits, application fees, pet fees, and more. To qualify, applicants must demonstrate a need for assistance and provide supporting documents. These documents may include proof of income, proof of residence, and proof of other expenses, but aren’t required. Once the application has been approved, the applicant will receive the funds to help them keep their housing.
