Development Manager

We are seeking a Development Manager who can keep up with the pace of changes that have and will affect Austin and all of the surrounding areas. Our Team is coherent and understands the need to work together in one accord to affect change. Our new team member will report to our Director of Philanthropy/Development and will be a partaker in expanding the Development team.

Lead Case Manager

The Housing Case Management Team Lead is primarily responsible for assisting the Programs Director/Manager with the development, implementation and coordination of programs designed to transition clients out of homelessness and into housing.  The Team Lead also assists the Director/Manager in developing, implementing, documenting, and routinely updating various housing-focused training protocols for Housing Case Management and Social Service program staff.  The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that relevant client services data is entered accurately and within designated time frames by Case Managers into any and all client data/usage tracking systems, and assists the Programs Director/Manager in tracking and monitoring client usage, statistics, expenditures, and outcomes of various Case Management and Social Services programs.
